Job summary

Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Associate II, Supply Chain Operations to join our Replenishment Operations team. You will prepare and validate order information, maintain data in our systems, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support accurate order processing.

You will gain hands-on exposure to replenishment, ERP systems, and cross-functional communication while developing a strong foundation for growth within supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related analytical field or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year of data entry or operations support experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, compile, and verify replenishment order information before transmitting to external partners.
• Execute direct-to-store delivery order submissions accurately and on schedule; research discrepancies.
• Evaluate financial summaries and support order data for discrepancies.
• Execute and validate order updates within the ERP system and communicate changes.
• Validate item setup information and exchange data with external partners; escalate recurring issues.
