Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD seeks an Associate II, Market Management to buy, replenish, and manage regional wine and beer inventory. You will handle vendor relations, data collection, and cost analyses, while supporting process improvements across the market management team.

You will collaborate with wholesalers, place POs, and reconcile invoices, ensuring store stock levels meet demand and promotional opportunities are maximized.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years buying or supply chain experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for multiple wine & spirit wholesalers in assigned market.
• Manage collection and maintenance of wholesalers’ cost data.
• Create replenishment orders and PO placement.
• Perform cost and deal analysis.
• Resolve vendor service issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to inquiries regarding supplier product availability and costs.
• Manage store in stock rates and inventory levels.
• Reconcile invoices and POs.
• Prepare content for recurring meetings with wholesaler partners.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales through promotional activity related to in-store displays, retail reductions or advertising and working inter-departmentally to achieve results.
