You will analyze and validate replenishment orders, prepare data, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

This role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, ERP systems, and cross-functional communication, with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of data entry or operations support experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, compile, and verify replenishment orders for accuracy before sending to partners.
• Submit direct-to-store delivery orders on schedule; research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Review financial summaries and data to identify discrepancies and ensure information is complete.
• Update orders in ERP and communicate changes with stakeholders.
• Validate item setup data and coordinate data with external partners; escalate recurring issues.
