Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an Associate II, Supply Chain Operations in Bethesda, MD to analyze, compile, and verify replenishment order information for accurate external partner submissions. You will support direct-to-store delivery submissions, research discrepancies, and ensure ERP updates are correctly reflected, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year of experience in a data entry or operations support role; Retail experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact productively with internal and external partners.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, compile, and verify replenishment order information to ensure accuracy before transmitting orders to external partners.
• Execute direct-to-store delivery order submissions accurately and on schedule; research discrepancies and assist with resolving order-related issues.
• Evaluate financial summaries and support order data to identify discrepancies and ensure information is complete and ready for submission.
• Execute and validate order updates within the ERP system; communicate relevant changes and collaborate with stakeholders to support accurate replenishment activities.
• Research, organize, and validate item setup information; exchange required data with external partners; confirm system entry; identify recurring data or process issues for escalation.
