Job summary

Kiss Beauty Group is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage inventory, purchasing activities, planning, forecasting, and supplier relationships across multiple plants. You will research and source goods, place POs, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of items while adhering to budgets and policies.

Key duties include reviewing requisitions, contacting vendors for pricing, resolving delivery issues, maintaining purchase records, and collaborating with the Demand Planning and Sales

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and suppliers.
• Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms with vendors.
• Familiarity with purchase order software and MRP systems.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of POs and records.
• Team player capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Mathematical aptitude to minimize losses and verify calculations.
• IT skills to troubleshoot standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory requirements and release purchase orders.
• Maintain optimal inventory across plants and coordinate with manufacturing.
• Coordinate purchasing with production to obtain timely, cost-effective inventory.
• Monitor and adjust purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to manage inventory levels.
• Communicate with sales to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Compare supplier pricing, quality, and terms; negotiate contracts.
• Evaluate supplier performance and product quality to meet company needs.
• Ensure continuous supplier compliance with company expectations.
