Kiss Products is seeking an Assistant Manager, Supply Chain to lead data analytics, reporting, and forecasting across the cosmetic division in Port Washington, NY. You will build analytics foundations, automate recurring processes, and partner with product, marketing, sales and finance teams.

The role emphasizes demand planning, purchasing support, inventory optimization, and cross-functional IbP-related work, contributing to supply chain performance and continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is required.
• Strong data analytics background and ability to build repeatable reporting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.

Job Description Summary:The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain supports the planning, analytics, and operational efficiency of the Cosmetic & Hair Care supply chain division within Kiss Products, Inc. and Ivy Beauty, Inc. This role is responsible for structuring the data analytics foundation and planning layer for the team, responsible for generating standard reports and analyses, automating recurring manual processes, and acting as a data partner to cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance. The role also provides support across demand planning and purchasing activities, contributing to inventory optimization, supply continuity, and overall supply chain performance.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Data Analytics & ReportingDevelop, maintain, and distribute standard recurring supply chain reports including inventory status, projected inventory, shipment tracking, material status, and fill-rate performance.Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities across the division.Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization outputs using Excel, Power BI, html, or comparable platforms.Develop and own AI-powered tools that automate forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning reports and processes.Deliver ad hoc supply chain analyses to support decision-making for product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across supply chain reporting systems and ERP platforms.Demand Planning & PurchasingBuild, maintain, and continuously improve SKU-level demand plans.
