Job summary

Qualifications

• Forecast future customer demand using sales history, promotions, POS data, and market trends.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify forecast errors and drivers.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels to support service levels.
• Analyze inventory, production speed, and product demand to set appropriate stock levels.
• Manage backorders, allocations, and replenishment planning to minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Support MRP and inventory management changes required by stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SCM Analytics to govern master data and troubleshoot data issues.
• Develop processes to validate supply chain data and build KPIs to track impact.
