The position emphasizes rigorous market research, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence while focusing on long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning or management consulting with a track record of leading strategic projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to senior leadership and the board.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically with strong problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process, including mid/long-term strategy, objectives, and goal achievement.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenarios.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; provide regular updates to senior management on strategic projects.
• Communicate plans to stakeholders and present to executives and the board.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Finance, Sales, and SCM to align plans across the organization.
