Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations; automotive industry preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP systems.
• Must be able to read and understand verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assures that all responsibilities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company and customer requirements, policies, practices, and standards of conduct.
• Ensures safety of self and others within the production area and notifies supervisor or safety team of safety concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains 5S standards including general cleaning and correct placement of tools.
• Enter and maintain accurate supply chain data in ERP systems, including purchase orders, inventory transactions, credits, and shipping documentation.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Function as a liaison between departments to support planning, scheduling, and communications.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional meetings.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as inventory levels, supplier performance, and delivery metrics.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support forecasting and demand planning activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and system enhancements.
• Document and maintain SOPs related to supply chain processes.
