Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business management or equivalent field.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee employees and work as a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, management and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects to established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs across different functions.
• Monitor compliance with policies and administrative tasks.
• Create customer shipment papers.
• Manage shipments to avoid premium freight costs.
• Manage finished stock production and inbound materials.
• Communicate with OEM customers for timely shipments.
• Communicate with SMX supervisors and executives to meet company goals.
• Create work orders for production staff in SAP.
• Monitor glass demands in SAP and update data.
• Oversee rack inventory and daily receipts.
• Oversee office staff activities.
