Job summary

Our Next Energy in Belleville, MI is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to analyze data across demand, procurement, inventory, and supplier performance, and to build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to guide operational decisions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and finance, and requires experience with Excel and ERP/MRP systems. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and large datasets.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data related to demand, supply, inventory, purchasing, supplier performance, lead times, material availability, and cost.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into supply chain performance.
• Identify trends, exceptions, constraints, and emerging supply risks and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders.
• Perform root-cause analysis on material shortages, excess inventory, supplier delivery issues, and other supply chain disruptions.
• Provide data and analysis to support operational and strategic supply chain decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy across supply chain reports and systems.
