Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support end-to-end planning, inventory management, and analytics. The role partners with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and finance to optimize inventory and ensure product availability.

The analyst will leverage Power BI, SQL, and SAP/Oracle tools to automate reporting, enhance planning visibility, and drive process improvements across the global supply chain network.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables, formulas, Power Query and VBA/macros.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development and data visualization skills.
• SQL knowledge for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, and analytics for IPD portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans with business needs.
• Develop and automate reporting, dashboards, and planning tools using Power BI and SQL.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
