Job summary

XLR8 EMS in San Diego, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support Purchasing and Supply Chain operations through reporting, inventory analysis, and supplier performance tracking.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze inventory and purchasing data; support forecasting and inventory management; monitor open POs; assist with routine purchasing and ERP data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

$70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
