Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Ladson, SC for a 6-month W2 contract. Hybrid role: four days onsite, one day remote, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will own data capture for supply plans, align Oracle data, and support dashboards in Power BI and Excel. You will work with materials planning, procurement, and production control to keep data accurate and reports current for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management and data handling.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, data validation) and dashboard reporting.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI and Oracle systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture supply plan updates and enter into Oracle accurately.
• Align Oracle data with latest planning inputs and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel templates for supply status reporting.
