Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear seeks a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Manager to build a unified BI reporting environment, replacing legacy dashboards with scalable data-driven solutions for Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations Leadership.

The role involves hands-on BI development, SQL querying across SQL Server and Snowflake, data integration from Oracle EBS, SAP, and KERP, and collaboration with IT/Data Engineering to establish a single source of truth for supply chain metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on Power BI development including data modelling and DAX, with deployment to broad user populations.
• Proficiency in SQL across SQL Server and Snowflake, able to query and reconcile data.
• Experience extracting data from multiple ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, NetSuite or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations including production planning, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and sourcing.
• Ability to translate raw data into executive-ready insights and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Self-starter who can work with ambiguity and build analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy a suite of Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Create an executive-facing daily overview dashboard of production status, supply chain health, and KPIs.
• Develop production planning dashboards for schedules, capacity, and material availability.
• Define data modelling, DAX standards, and maintainable report design principles.
• Evaluate SAP Analytics Cloud where complementary to Power BI.
