KLA is seeking a data systems, reporting, and operations professional to own and evolve our Power BI reporting ecosystem within Service Supply Chain. You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and support our SAP S/4HANA platform.

The role emphasizes independence, problem solving, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and decision making while aligning with supply chain and service operations goals in the USA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI experience maintaining reports, datasets, dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent data querying.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or service operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Able to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary reporting data model's structure and documentation.
• Maintain and support Power BI dashboards and datasets.
• Define KPIs with stakeholders for customer satisfaction in spare parts and service.
• Bridge operations and data systems, translating requirements into solutions.
• Analyze data sources to identify trends and root causes; present findings.
• Explore AI tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Grow into a role supporting SAP S/4HANA areas.
