Job summary

Qualifications

• Post secondary education or equivalent training in a healthcare or business related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in providing customer service.
• Must have knowledge of purchasing, inventory control and accounts payable practices and procedures.
• Must have strong computer and reporting skills (Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer emails and incoming calls from all types of customers, ensuring high level of customer service and timely responses.
• Assess complexity of cases and provide resolution with next steps.
• Provide end-user support for supply chain systems and escalate as needed.
• Document and monitor inquiries, and improve knowledge content and processes.
• Follow supply chain data security policies and standard operating procedures.
