Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• 3+ years of post bar admission legal experience
• Experience mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
• Experience counseling on supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment services in a technology-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Counsel marketing, sales, and business development teams on commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial transactions.
• Provide day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolve issues in commercial relationships.
• Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build scalable processes
