Job summary

Qualifications

Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
3+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
Experience counseling on supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment services in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Counseling the marketing, sales, and business development teams on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions.
Providing day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships.
Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and building processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
