Job summary

J.M. Huber Corporation seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator (Warehouse & Customer Care) to manage MRO warehouse activities and serve as the customer-care contact for the Marble Falls site.

This role ensures safe, efficient material flow, accurate inventory data, and proactive communication with customers to support plant reliability. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and order management while working with Maintenance, Planning, and Procurement to minimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory control, or order management will be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and data maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping, receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and inventory-control for the MRO warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and data maintenance.
• Coordinate reviews of excess/obsolete/slow-moving inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Support material availability, service requirements, and working capital optimization.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
