Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for our Knoxville plant to support inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing coordination. You will maintain records and collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure material availability and smooth operations.

This role requires ERP savvy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (D365, AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data.
• Coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system.
• Lead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules.
• Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials.
• Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages.
