You will focus on freight cost mitigation, carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and on-time delivery for key accounts, while supporting cross-functional supply chain software.

A bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain are preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation planning and scheduling for outbound orders.
• Mitigate freight costs through mode selection, quotes, and cross-docking.
• Track shipments with carriers and provide real-time status.
• Ensure on-time delivery for key accounts and limit late penalties.
• Support logistics admin tasks like invoicing and claims.
• Assist with MRP, WMS, and TMS system implementation and maintenance.
