Job summary

Reily Foods Company is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Knoxville, TN to support inventory control, batch order processing, production coordination, and purchasing activities. This on-site role requires flexibility for occasional night/weekend work during inventory counts and critical periods.

You will collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams, maintain ERP-driven records, and help optimize materials flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, receiving, production support, or purchasing.
• Strong ERP system knowledge (D365/AX/SAP/Oracle) and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data.
• Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules.
• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operation.
