Job summary

Reily Foods Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Night Shift Production & Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the night production team and ensure safety, quality, and inventory integrity during off‑hour operations. You will drive continuous improvement, manage staffing, and coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams to meet production goals and maintain ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior work experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing operations required
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or material management strongly preferred
• BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related STEM degree preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages the night shift production team and budgeted staffing levels
• Leads employee development by creating and implementing standardized work processes and structured training plans
• Drives accountability for safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance
• Leads cross-functional improvement initiatives to improve quality, streamline efficiencies, and reduce operating expenses
• Manages employee performance by providing coaching as well as timely, direct, complete, and actionable positive and corrective feedback
• Coordinates closely with Planning, Warehouse, Inventory Control, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure operational alignment
