Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
0-1 year of relevant experience or recent internship.
This is an onsite and in office role.
Time management and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain purchase orders based on cross-functional partners and supply chain constraints.
Communicate and manage purchase order and transportation information with agents and vendors.
Negotiate PO criteria with vendors and in-country teams to ensure proper inbound inventory flow.
Update weekly and ad-hoc reporting for inventory, costs, destination, and ship/ETA dates.
Track and update customer-facing order dates to reflect backorder dates and receipt forecasts.
Collaborate with Inventory Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Distribution Center Operations, and Transportation teams to solve supply chain issues.
