Job summary

Mindray North America invites applications for an entry to mid-level Operations/Supply Chain Administrator in Mahwah, NJ. The role coordinates daily supply chain tasks, maintains ERP data, and supports inventory, orders, and shipments to meet customer needs.

The position requires a college degree or 2+ years in operations, with SAP and Salesforce experience considered a plus. Relies on Excel skills, attention to detail, and strong communication to succeed in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or 2+ years equivalent experience in an operations, sales support/customer service and/or manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory, orders, purchasing, shipping, and/or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system information, spreadsheets, and reports related to inventory, orders, shipments, and supply chain activity.
• Process and track license key creation and DHRs to ensure accuracy.
• Act as liaison between Logistics and Sales by preparing quote forms for pallet counts and freight quotes.
• Provide administrative support to Operations/Supply Chain management and assist with process improvements.
