Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office
• Collect, enter, update, and maintain data in the company's proprietary database, including forecast information
• Create, standardize, manage, and deliver weekly business reports and analysis to the Sales and Supply Chain teams and customers
• Generate data visualizations to support business operations
• Collaborate with Finance and other business units to achieve team objectives
• Follow established processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Complete other assignments as needed

A strong background in logistics or supply chain is not required. .
