Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or cost management.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit category strategies and cost-saving initiatives, including negotiation and design-change opportunities, with timely execution against schedules.
• Collaborate with regional/global supply chain on NAA category strategy for sub-systems and cross-commodity synergies.
• Assist Business Partner Commodity Managers (BPCM) with Gate Reviews, Material Disposition List analysis, and supplier sourcing improvements.
• Maintain and update applications (ETQ, Teams Logs, Gen3 Core, Sch A/B RFQ) daily.
• Support RFQs (RFI/RFP as needed), total landed cost analysis, business case, and ROI.
• Coordinate and support PPAP activities for Florence operations, including PPAP requests, requisition/PO processing, samples, supplier follow-up, and PSW with Supplier Quality Engineering.
• Support new product introductions, lean improvements, engineering changes, and work-transition activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate MRP part and supplier data with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional IPD/teams meetings and participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

JOB SUMMARY

Thisindividual will be responsible for supporting Business Unit initiatives and metrics for Electrical and/or MechanicalCategories aligned with our elevator sub-systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support business unit category strategies and year-over-year cost savings initiatives, including negotiation and design-change opportunities, while ensuring timely execution against established schedules.
• Collaborate with regional or global supply chain on NAA category strategy for synergies within sub-system and across commodities.
• Collaborate with Business Partner Commodity Managers (BPCM), and help with regular workloads of Gate Reviews, Material Disposition List Analysis (identifying opportunities for improvement, aligning suppliers for souring plans.
• Will be responsible for updating all applications including but not limited to ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core, Sch A/B RFQ, on daily basis.
• Support RFQ's (RFI/RFP as needed), total landed cost analysis, support business case, and ROI.
• Coordinate and support PPAP activities for Florence operations, including PPAP requests, requisition and purchase order processing, sample delivery confirmation, supplier follow-up, and coordination with Supplier Quality Engineering for PSW issuance.
• Support new product introductions, operational improvements (Lean), engineering changes, and work transition activities.
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of MRP part and supplier data, working cross-functionally with Commodity Management, Buyers, Materials Engineering, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate/participate in cross functional team/IPD meetings.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting activities and prepare or assist with report-outs..

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Supply Chain management function, procurement, or cost management.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, lean manufacturing systems/processes and ERP/JDE configurations, ConceptConfigurations, Elog, and drawing database (Windchill)
• Strategic planning/thinking skills coupled with analytical and execution skills.
• Experience with Excel and/or other data manipulation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to drive teamwork between groups and across functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate all levels of management required.
• Demonstrated project management, change management, and negotiating capabilities is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 3-5 years in a Supply Chain management function, procurement, or cost management
• Knowledge of, or experience with, lean manufacturing systems/processes and ERP/JDE configurations, Concept Configurations, Elog, and drawing database (Windchill)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administrations/Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering
