Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field required.
• 3-5 years in a supply chain management function, procurement, or cost management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ERP/JDE configurations, Elog, Windchill; strong data skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management abilities; negotiating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support business unit category strategies and cost-saving initiatives with timely execution.
• Collaborate with regional/global supply chain for synergies across commodities.
• Maintain daily updates in ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core and RFQ systems.
• Assist RFQ/RFI/RFP processes, total landed cost analysis, and business cases.
• Coordinate PPAP activities, requisition, PO processing, and supplier follow-up.
• Support new product introductions and Lean-driven improvements.
• Ensure MRP data accuracy; work across commodity management and engineering teams.
• Participate in cross-functional IPD meetings and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain Coordinator Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administrations/Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering 3-5 years in a Supply Chain management function, procurement, or cost management.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Knowledge of, or experience with, lean manufacturing systems/processes and ERP/JDE configurations, Concept Configurations, Elog, and drawing database (Windchill)
• Supply Chain Coordinator Strategic planning/thinking skills coupled with analytical and execution skills.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Experience with Excel and/or other data manipulation programs.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Demonstrated ability to drive teamwork between groups and across functional teams.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate all levels of management required.

JOB SUMMARY

Supply Chain Coordinator Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to help with upcoming demands from their customers. This individual will be responsible for supporting Business Unit initiatives and metrics for Electrical and/or Mechanical Categories aligned with our elevator sub-systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply Chain Coordinator Support business unit category strategies and year-over-year cost savings initiatives, including negotiation and design-change opportunities, while ensuring timely execution against established schedules.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Collaborate with regional or global supply chain on NAA category strategy for synergies within sub-system and across commodities.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Collaborate with Business Partner Commodity Managers (BPCM), and help with regular workloads of Gate Reviews, Material Disposition List Analysis (identifying opportunities for improvement, aligning suppliers for souring plans.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Will be responsible for updating all applications including but not limited to ETQ, Teams Logs, GeN3 Core, Sch A/B RFQ, on daily basis.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Support RFQ's (RFI/RFP as needed), total landed cost analysis, support business case, and ROI.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Coordinate and support PPAP activities for Florence operations, including PPAP requests, requisition and purchase order processing, sample delivery confirmation, supplier follow-up, and coordination with Supplier Quality Engineering for PSW issuance.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Support new product introductions, operational improvements (Lean), engineering changes, and work transition activities.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Support the maintenance and accuracy of MRP part and supplier data, working cross-functionally with Commodity Management, Buyers, Materials Engineering, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Facilitate/participate in cross functional team/IPD meetings.
• Supply Chain Coordinator Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting activities and prepare or assist with report-outs.
