Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, project management, or analytics within a matrixed or global organization.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentation design).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with supplier changes, transitions, or part qualification activity is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supply chain continuity projects from intake to closure.
• Handle supplier transitions including site moves and dual-sourcing.
• Oversee supplier change notifications and approvals.
• Support SNF program daily administration.
• Plan and track material movement between suppliers and sites.
• Build cross-functional relationships across GC, QA, Eng and BUs.
• Identify risks, own ownership, escalate issues.
• Pull and validate data to develop status reports and risk analytics.
• Document programs and contribute to templates and standards.
