• Leads projects as assigned by the Supplier Account Manager in execution of the TCQC Supplier strategy.
• Drives resolution to tactical supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead-time.
• Provides tactical Procurement escalation support for assigned supplier site.
• Supports commercial and technical cost reduction programs.
• Responsible for execution of Supplier Site capacity readiness programs.
• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline.
• Has knowledge of best practices and market competition.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects.
• Solves complex problems; exercises judgment based on multiple sources of information.
• Impacts a range of activities within own team and related teams; follows guidelines.
