Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in material management, procurement, sourcing, program mgmt or analytics.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable supplier and engineering outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own supply base survey process and drive supplier data collection.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify exposure, risks, and gaps.
  • Translate survey findings into prioritized actions across supply chain.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance understanding with US EPA/TSCA and EU REACH.
  • Lead multiple compliance projects with strong project mgmt.
  • Present findings and drive consensus with stakeholders.
  • Document processes and drive continuous improvement.
