Job summary

Schindler Group is seeking a COS Supervisor to oversee automation of the Supply Chain (KW) Order Processing System from receiving Elevator Specifications to material orders and industrialization of components for US products. You will manage a global team of experts across onshore and offshore locations, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure successful configuration and testing.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background and 5 years of related experience, with a salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in the offered position or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCM and system development from Sales Order COS to SAP BOM configuration and Material master data maintenance.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to ensure buy-in for required changes.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and drive effective communication.
• Define strategies to improve configuration and INDU activities to reduce quality issues.
• Manage Super BOMs and product data to align with manufacturing needs and sales.
• Lead Variant Configurator programming to align with engineering documentation.
