Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a COS Supervisor in Hanover, PA. You will oversee the COS process from sales order to SAP BOM, ensuring timely configuration and material master data maintenance in SAP, and driving changes through the INDU process.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, guiding pricing and configuration, and establishing validation strategies for modular INDU and configuration activities to improve safety, quality, inventory and cost metrics.

• Cross functional leadership and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong background in change management and industrialization processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage COS process from Sales Order to SAP BOM configuration and material master maintenance.
• Ensure product changes are implemented in SAP according to the schedule.
• Lead and coordinate stakeholders across Material Planning, Quality, Operations, and Sourcing.
