Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC in the United States is seeking a Materials and Procurement Specialist to manage raw material orders, liaise with suppliers, and monitor deliveries using SAP. You will update restock parameters and align with Cimpress and Pixartprinting policies.

You will handle inbound/outbound logistics with the warehouse, schedule shipments, reconcile in SAP, coordinate couriers, and act as a local contact for import missions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or MS in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in material planning or procurement in medium to large organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system; experience in paper/packaging industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material orders, liaise with suppliers, monitor deliveries and update restock parameters in SAP.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with warehouse and couriers, reconcile in SAP, support import-related tasks.
• Oversee indirect purchasing, supplier selection, purchase requests, and expense approvals.
