Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Materials Procurement & Production Planning professional to manage raw material orders, supplier liaison, and SAP-based inventory control in our Chicago-area operations.

The role emphasizes inbound/outbound logistics, indirect purchasing, quality support, and collaboration across Quality, Warehouse and Production to meet schedules and cost targets. Degree in Industrial Engineering or MS in SCM required; 3+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering or MSc in Supply Chain Management.
At least 3 years of material planning or procurement experience.
Knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
Experience in the paper, packaging, or printing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage raw material orders, supplier liaison, deliveries, and restock parameters in SAP.
Collaborate with the Italian Procurement Department for best practices and supplier scouting.
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and reconciliation in SAP; coordinate couriers.
Handle indirect purchasing, purchase requests, supplier selection, and approvals.
Support production planning and KPI reporting to improve schedules.
