Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a warehouse associate to input daily item orders, perform stock checks, and assist with customer pickups. You will count and rotate inventory, manage par levels, and ensure accurate receiving and labeling of inbound materials.

Daily housekeeping and safety are expected as part of a fast-paced supply chain team. Responsibilities include handling material movements, organizing stock on racks, and supporting order assembly while maintaining high levels of service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) required.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Input daily item orders and perform daily stock checks as well as customer pickups as needed.
• Ensure inventory items are counted, rotated and replenished daily and all procedures are followed.
• Stock and inventory product on carts or within assigned areas and manages par levels.
• Check for compromised products and expired inventory.
• Receive inbound materials and marks materials with identifying information; record amount of material received.
• Sort materials and stock on racks, shelves or bins in accordance with predetermined sequence such as size, color, type, or product code.
• Arrange materials for order assembly and support loading/unloading operations as needed.
• Quality control, moving carts to and from loading docks, and operation of material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with any customer requests while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Housekeeping duties including all forms of onsite cleanup.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Work Experience: At least 1 year experience working in a hospital environment.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

• Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
