Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to organize staff and workload to meet productivity goals and act as a backup when needed. You will liaison across business units to support customer relationships and maintain accurate records with data gathering and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities include training, supervising in the supervisor’s absence, and ensuring timely, accurate data entry. Strong English reading/writing and math skills are essential, with prior SAP/Catalyst

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Basic math skills and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Catalyst or other inventory management systems.

Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary. Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure success of customer relationship.

  • Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards.
  • Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor.
  • May assist in the training of associates at assigned location.
  • Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback, review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors.
  • At the direction of the supervisor, may be tasks with gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.
  • Embrace KPI's, track trends and best practices implemented by supervisor.
  • Direct the workflow of team in support of customer needs and best practices standards.
  • Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education High school diploma
  • Relevant Work Experience 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.
  • Additional Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system.
  • Pro-track experience.

Salary & Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position: $21.75 - $31.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Benefits

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.

For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
