Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related major.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to problem-solve creatively and analytically.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent listening, writing, quantitative, qualitative and oral communication skills.
• Data analytics skills; familiarity with advanced Excel and multiple data sets.
• Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset in a results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Complete supplier RFQs and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist with obsolescence compliance and supplier training.
• Prepare supplier profiles for management review.
• Perform part analytics to assign parts to the correct commodity family.
• Engage with suppliers on cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support Supplier Account Managers with meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Create, reschedule, and cancel POs per MRP; call suppliers for material status.
• Resolve AP issues related to PO invoices and receipts.
