Job summary

Applied Materials in Gloucester, MA is seeking interns for the Global Supply Chain team for a 12-week summer program in 2027. You will support Supplier Account Managers, Procurement/Materials Managers, and Supply Chain Analytics on supplier RFQs, cost reduction opportunities, and vendor performance data.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier RFQs and supplier profiles preparation.
• Assist with obsolescence compliance and supplier training.
• Help identify cost-reduction opportunities and conduct spend analytics.
• Support Procurement/Materials Managers in timely delivery and PO management.
• Assist MRP tasks, supplier communications and material status updates.
