Job summary

Winebow in Benicia, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement to meet target stock and customer service levels.

You will update inputs in planning tools, recommend adjustments to reorder points, and collaborate with Brand Management and Logistics to align brand strategy, sales incentives, and efficient inventory movement. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of SCM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, planning, forecasting, or procurement.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and/or purchasing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement to meet target stock and customer service levels.
• Ensure forecasting and inventory planning inputs are updated in planning tools (lead times, service levels, vintages).
• Recommend adjustments to inventory levels and reorder points based on history and supplier parameters.
• Collaborate with Brand Management to incorporate brand strategy, sales incentives, and market trends into forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of inventory.
• Provide data/input to Brand Management in support of strategy development and execution.
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested.

If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.This position is hybrid and will be based in our Benicia, CA office location.
