Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Night Shift Materials Handler for the Offsite Warehouse in Canal Road. You will unload, receive, stock, and distribute hospital supplies, ensuring accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining organized inventory.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory control, and collaboration with clinical storerooms and hospital departments to meet urgent supply requests while supporting safe patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and pallets and receive inbound deliveries
• Stage inbound orders for the Cincinnati Children’s Offsite Warehouse and clinical storerooms
• Coordinate outbound freight shipments and courier deliveries
• Ensure deliveries and shipments are processed accurately and efficiently
• Put away inbound stock and replenish inventory locations in the Offsite Warehouse
• Rotate stock and check product expiration dates
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas
• Assist with product movement and other materials-handling activities
• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital clinical storerooms
• Prepare orders for outbound shipment
• Support urgent and special supply requests
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Collaborate with team members to ensure supplies are available where and when they are needed
• Support internal department customers to help orders move through the process efficiently
• Communicate inventory, order, and supply concerns as needed
• Contribute to excellent patient care through accurate and timely supply distribution
• Serve as a subject matter expert and train team members as assigned

Receiving & Shipping
