Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a dedicated material handler at Burnet Campus to pick and prepare supply orders, deliver to hospital departments, and keep storage areas clean and organized.

You'll monitor inventory levels, process transactions, and support urgent requests while following safety and infection prevention guidelines. This full-time, evening shift offers 40 hours per week.

High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in healthcare supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital departments.
• Deliver supplies to designated locations throughout the facility.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support urgent and special supply requests.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
• Organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Maintain inventory transactions within departmental systems.
• Assist with product movement and material handling activities.
• Follow established safety and infection prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet supply needs.
• Provide timely support to internal customers.
• Communicate inventory issues and supply concerns to leadership.
• Support department initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Assist with additional supply chain functions as assigned.
