Job summary

Helix Linear Technologies in Beachwood, OH seeks a Supply Chain Manager to own material flow end-to-end, including purchasing, planning, scheduling, material handling, and shipping. You’ll replace tribal knowledge with a data-driven foundation, starting with Epicor data accuracy and real-date planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading purchasing, planning, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Direct people-management experience; hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience, Epicor strongly preferred.
• Experience building planning/scheduling systems from scratch or fixing broken ones.
• Familiarity with cloud ERP migrations and applying AI/automation to supply chain workflows.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage your team of buyers, planners, and material handlers.
• Build the function to not depend on any single person; cross-train and document the work.
• Own the master schedule and job release; sequence work against capacity and priority.
• Own inbound receiving, inspection, put-away, and outbound shipping incl. ITAR/EAR/DFARS docs.
• Drive KPI reporting for on-time delivery, inventory turns, and purchase price variance.
• Lead the transition to Epicor Cloud and pilot AI/automation opportunities.
