Job summary

Cube Care, a US-based company in the custom-manufacturing industry, seeks a Supply Chain & International Procurement Specialist to source materials, negotiate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and maintain inventory. • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate with production and other departments to forecast material requirements.

The Supply Chain & International Procurement Specialistwill be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role ensures the company has the right materials, in the right quantity, at the right time, while minimizing costs and avoiding stock shortages or excess.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production schedules without overstocking.

Qualifications:

• (Preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• (Preferred)Speaks / Understands basic Mandarin
• 3+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB
• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
