Job summary

Cube Care is seeking a Supply Chain and International Procurement Specialist for a full remote role in the United States. You will source materials, negotiate with vendors, manage purchase orders, and maintain inventory to minimize costs and avoid stockouts.

You will develop supplier relationships and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement and inventory management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement and inventory management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor inventory to meet production schedules without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Forecast material requirements with production and other departments.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement docs.
• Track inventory KPIs and report to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
