Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Systems and Analytics to lead data-driven decision making across the health system’s supply chain operations. This role designs, builds and runs the reporting tools and dashboards that support both clinical and non-clinical supply chain performance.

The Manager also mentors the analytics team, improves data tracking tools and uses trend data to prevent shortages and control health system spending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Four years of analytics/supply chain experience with a Bachelor's degree; eight years with a HS diploma.
• Strong ERP knowledge (Lawson/Workday/Oracle) and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term vision for supply chain analytics aligning with health system goals.
• Direct and develop a team of supply chain analysts with project execution oversight.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards for decision-making.
• Lead spending reviews and identify cost-saving opportunities and drivers.
• Track contract compliance and supplier performance to maximize value.
