Job summary

SCA Health, part of Optum, seeks a Supply Chain role to support the Group Manager by applying best practices, producing analytics, and guiding strategy for facilities. You will liaise with centers, suppliers, and leadership to drive cost reduction and improve procurement outcomes.

Responsibilities include contract negotiations, benchmarking, standardization, market analysis, and implementation of national contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business.
1–5 years purchasing, supplier management, or contract management experience; healthcare preferred.
Experience in ambulatory surgery center or healthcare industry is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and contract management tools.
Tableau analytics software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support cost reduction opportunities for facilities via standardization and benchmarking.
Create analytics to increase efficiency and improve processes.
Assist in negotiating and implementing local/regional purchasing agreements; validate savings.
Educate facilities on supply chain best practices and procurement processes.
Develop supplier relationships to resolve issues and improve performance.
Participate in partnerships and regional meetings to present opportunities and savings.
