Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is seeking a senior leader for its Supply Chain Analytics group. You will build and guide a high-performing team, partner with IT and UNBI, and drive data-informed decisions to improve performance, cost savings, and operations across the health system.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, establish KPI dashboards, and mentor staff while advancing enterprise analytics initiatives and strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, analytics, or healthcare administration.
• 5 years of team leadership with direct people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cohesive team aligned with the Supply Chain Vision and values.
• Drive data-informed decisions and actionable insights to improve performance and costs.
• Stakeholder liaison to ensure cohesive analytics and reporting across departments.
• Develop and deploy KPI dashboards in partnership with BU and IT.
• Advise on emerging trends and promote data-driven decision making.
