Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Systems and Analytics to drive data‑driven decisions across the health system. You will design, build and run dashboards that support clinical and non-clinical operations, partnering with executives and teams to translate data into actionable insights that reduce costs and improve patient care.

Lead an analytics team, enhance data tracking tools, and use trend data to prevent shortages while optimizing spend. Strong ERP/BI experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, business, finance, analytics, or healthcare).
Four to eight years in analytics or supply chain; healthcare ops in preferred.
Strong knowledge of data visualization, ERP systems and healthcare spend tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead the analytics team and develop data models, dashboards and reports.
Translate data into practical insights for executives and clinical/operational leaders.
Oversee spending reviews, track category spend and contract value with vendors.
Improve demand planning, inventory accuracy and stock availability across facilities.
Ensure data tracking supports long-term supply chain goals and cost controls.
Collaborate with GPOs and external partners to monitor total cost of ownership.
